Abroma augusta Q (WSI)

Abroma augusta MT is used for albuminurea, sleeplessness, diabetes mellitus, diabetes insipidus and debility. The root and the sap are uterine tonic and emmenagogue, with black pepper given in congestive and neuralgic dysmenorrhoea, and amenorrhoea, either given a week before or during menstruation. It is a valuable substitute for Hydrastis, Viburnum and Pulsatilla. There is a growing evidence for its hypoglycaemic effect both in vivo and in vitro . It is a useful remedy for diabetes with symptoms such as profuse urination and fishy odour of the urine. It is also a good remedy for dysmenorrhoea and provides an almost instant relief from pain and colic caused by cramps before and during menses. DOSAGE – It is to be taken as an internal medicine. Please note that the dosage of single homoeopathic medicines varies from drug to drug depending upon the condition, age, sensitivity and other things. Unless otherwise prescribed, it is to be taken as 10-20 drops in half a cup of normal water 2-3 times daily till symptoms disappear.
